Nextly, this band from Toronto conjures up comparisons to the Smiths and Dexie's Midnight Runners; with the kinetic Marr-inspired guitar rhythms of the former and the infectious, bounce of the latter. Ben Hutchinson's vocals dance on top of Rory Lindsay's shimmering guitar rhythms and Showroom's a band that keeps delivering the infectious pop slam from song to song. Brilliant! |
