The Inhaler band members all grew up listening to anything that had the groove. The bands recording reflect upon their love for live honest soul.Nothing sterile,nothing thought out,nothing (lost it in the studio). Just live psychedlec funk rock jams (and mistakes) turned into songs. Inhaler's name came when they realized that in Hindu philosophy the inhale means to inspire. And well, so does Rastafarian philosophy. If a trip over the peace pipe after a trip to yoga class goes a long way. Then so can Inhaler. Oh okay, Brand New Heavies, (old) Red Hot Chille Pepppers, Beck, Jameraquai, Led Zeppelin, James Brown. Whatever. Is there anything we call party music anymore? Or was that just what we use to call funk. Do you feel like you're there? Or want to be there? Or was that just the feeling that died when bands like P-Funk & Van Halen died? Inhaler may not be what you like. But with these recordings, it's hard to find something you don't like.
