We REVIEW (other people's) music!

We SELL music (ours & others) We are NOT a "corporate" shop... you won't find 5000 releases in our catalog, because we carefully select music that will appear here, based not only on the talent displayed... but, the ENERGY for the language that music speaks in. That means that you will find many different genres here, not just one or two. Some of our musical efforts are on CD-R, others on CD, so we've got it all - from D.I.Y. to studio quality! We appreciate getting an ORDER from you, & will do everything in our power to make sure you enjoy the music you buy here!

We are also about POETRY and spoken-word... the marriage of words with music creates beautiful (often overwhelming) art for the listener/observer... many of the writers who first published in the early issues of this 'zine are well known... Lyn Lifshin, Sheila E. Murphy, John M. Bennett, Joan Payne Kincaid... & that's only a few. Other poets are "unknown" (to the mass world), but not to our readers - we totally encourage submissions from new/unpublished poets!

Poetry submissions should be via email to rotcod@hawaii.rr.com We do not want epic (10 pagers) poetry... or material that is too "heartzy-flowery"... what we DO want is pieces that paint clear images of your thoughts or emotions... obviously, since this is a 'zine based on music, we prefer poems that somehow relate to music... you will be notified via return e-mail if/when your poem will be published (or not).
