A favorite of dance-enthusiasts, the singles "Electric Haze" and "The Vast Unknown" have both received much attention, while "Fire Bolt" has been licensed by Espresso Lingo, of The Dalles for use in the popular coffee shop's radio advertising.

With influences as diverse as hard dance (juno reactor) to goth (siouxsie and the banshees) it is no wonder that the music of the dead poets offers a rich texture which is as unlike standard electronic music as the Grand Canyon is to an irrigation ditch.

The diversity of the band comes as no surprise to those who know the band's three extremely different members.

The driving force behind the music is Wa, programmer, percussionist, and songwriter. His extensive training in percussion makes sure that the dead poets music always retains a driving beat and a great sense of proportion and balance.

Tim Gibson's contributions of all things stringed' adds a sense of ethereal beauty and often down to earth chord-and-melody combinations which soothe the listeners aural sensibilities.

The third head on this musical hydra is Raven Nightshado whose keyboards and vocals lend a sense of melancholic wonder.
